Free & Reduced Lunch Program Forms:

Applications for the 2011-2012 school year may be (a) printed directly from the Frisco ISD website anytime after July 1, 2011 (b) picked up from the campus after August 15, 2011 or (c) completed electronically at www.schoollunchapp.com after July 1, 2011.

On-Line Applications:

Frisco Independent School District has been authorized to accept online Free and Reduced Price Meal Applications with electronic signature.  Frisco ISD is the first district in Texas to seek and be granted this ability, and hopes it will help accelerate the approval process.

This process may be accessed by visiting http://friscoisd.schoollunchapp.com.  If you do not have access to a computer and would like to submit your application electronically, you may do so at the Child Nutrition Programs District office located at 12050 Rolater Road, Frisco, Texas 75035.

Paper applications are available in each school’s office or in the school café. In addition, applications may be downloaded and printed from our website.  Applications submitted one of these two ways must be submitted in its original form with original signature.  FAXES CANNOT BE PROCESSED.  Completed applications must be returned to Child Nutrition Programs, 12050 Rolater Road, Frisco, Texas.  Any questions regarding the approval process should be directed to 469/633-6997.

Students eligible for free or reduced price meals at the end of last school year are eligible to participate in the meal program at that eligibility for the first thirty calendar days of this school year, or until a new meal application is received and processed, if prior to that date.  Even if you were on the program last year, a new application must be submitted in order to be considered for this year’s program.

Students with no application on file after 30 calendar days will be designated as paying students after that date.
